The text you mask is processed locally and is not sent to Maskera. This page describes the limited processing performed by the website itself.

- **Data controller:** Hägvall Labs AB (Swedish company reg. no. 559598-0110) is the data controller for [maskera.dev](https://maskera.dev). Contact details are available at [hagvall-labs.com](https://hagvall-labs.com).
- **Web analytics:** Vercel Analytics counts page views using anonymous, cookieless statistics without profiling. The statistics never contain text entered in the tool.
- **Hosting:** Vercel may process technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it from attacks. The text and restoration key are not included.
- **Local setting:** Your light or dark theme choice is saved in the browser's localStorage. It is not a cookie and the value never leaves the device.
- **Text entered in the tool:** The text and the key containing the original data are processed locally in the browser. They are not sent to us or any other service for masking.
- **Your rights:** Contact us if you have questions about the website's processing or want to exercise your rights.
